Today's picture is about my sticker program that I have started with one of my friends, but it's all about motivation to stay healthy and keep moving. Everyday that I do some sort of workout, for at least 30 minutes, I get to put a sticker on that day. So as you see I started last Wednesday!! The goal is to not break the sticker chain and to see how long you lasted. Today, I almost didn't make it but I deserved my bucket of beer! Looking forward to sleeping now. :))
